Some natural materials used by Archives Design have inherent disparities in color tone. Because of variations caused by nature, over which the company has no control, Archives Design does its best to match the finish to the samples provided. Archives Design does not guarantee an exact match to the sample provided due to the natural variation of materials. Slight variations between samples and finished goods should be anticipated. Work that is organic or sculptural in nature may vary slightly from listed dimensions as determined by material.

General Lead Time

For order items, 3-5 months lead time subject to vessel availability. Delays may occur due to weather and routes. Due to the current global supply chain crisis, the company cannot be responsible for delays caused by manufacturing and shipping lead time.

For customized items and/or special finishes, order will take 3 - 4 weeks after order upon receiving order confirmation and deposit payment.

Delivery Terms

For stock and order items, delivery within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area is free of charge and will be made within 7 days once the product(s) has arrived. Additional fees may apply to storage and partial delivery. If you would like international shipping please contact us to obtain a shipping quote. International customers must cover any additional duties, taxes or fees incurred. We will always work to obtain the most affordable shipping rates possible while ensuring that pieces are delivered safely.

Items are shipped at the buyer's risk, we are not responsible for missing packages. Please contact us prior to shipping if you would like your item insured and we can gladly do so. Additional costs will be covered by the buyer.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the age and nature of items sold, minor wear consistent with age and use is to be expected. Notable flaws and imperfections are listed for each item. Please read descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase and feel free to contact us directly with any questions regarding an item's condition.
