The Mambo collection is a movement of ideas. Like the music, the designs are set to the rhythm of cultural continuity. Like the dance, it is an expression of Bantu symbolism. In step with these ideals, the collection is a melody to bring life to your home. Movement, is the cornerstone. As a child our family lived in 10 different countries across the African continent; from Cameroon to Senegal. What made every new location home were the objects that moved with us.

Music, is the pulse. That bounced on and off the walls, and got us out of our seats and brought warmth where there was already plenty. It’s the moment, the living room comes to life. Dance, is the means. A language with no words that brought family together, grandmother and grandson, brother and sister, mother and father. The Mambo collection is a little piece of what I call home. Movement, music and dance, all pressed into these precious objects.
